From Momma to MILF!!!

Did you just welcome a little bundle of joy into the world? Congratulations to you for making it the nine months and then pushing through labor. Do you feel like pregnancy left your body a wreck??

If you are like I was, you are watching Dr. Oz for the latest and greatest weight loss tips, googling what is the new “IT” for quick weight loss, and just plain grasping at straws to try to get an ounce of your body back.  And you come up empty handed and the nasty thoughts that you are forever stuck with this body??

Well, I say bleepidy bleep bleep to that! Below are my before and after pictures from just six weeks of exercise. I have and am learning the quicker and better ways to burn that fat and get your body back and I want to share it with you!!

We are going to use the HIIT drills from Turbo Fire’s Keep on Burnin’ DVD which can be purchased HERE.. HIIT’s burn 9x more calories in way less time than normal cardio and keeps your metabolism high for the next 48 hours!! Also, HIIT’s have been found to target stubborn belly fat better than any other workout!
We’re going to use the ab workout also on the Keep on Burnin’ DVD to sculpt some hot ab muscles and bring in your waistline.

We’re going to use an exclusive full body workout only available to ladies participating in this challenge!

I will provide you a grocery list and menu to use for your meals and help you calculate calories so you eat for the body you want!
I will also provide you with a workout schedule so all of the guess work is taken away!!
 
 
Don't settle for looking 5 months prego like I was!! I feel amazing now and so should you! Afterall, we did go through the most amazing thing by not only carrying a child, but giving birth to them!
 
Challenge Rules:
 
  1. Must be able to really commit to 30 days. I don't want anyone to start this support group and then leave after the first week. Part of what makes these challenges take off is the support we offer each other just by showing up.
  2.  Must show up every day and check-in with the group.
  3.  Must have a Facebook account -- all challenges meet over Facebook in private groups, so no one can see anything you post in the group but those that are in it.
  4.  Must be willing to follow the workout schedule provided. If the meal plan we provide you doesn't work, let's talk about some alternatives.
  5.  Must be registered on TeamBeachbody.com with LexisLNMachines as your coach. If you do not currently have an account, please create one by going to BeachbodyCoach.com/LexisLNMachines and clicking 'join' for a free membership.
